  • Online applications open at 14 January, 2025
  • Last date for submission caps off on last week of 27 January, 2025
  • Admit cards for issued tested applicants arrive between 12 to 15 February, 2025

AFMC Admission Test Pattern and Marks Distribution

The AFMC Admission Test has a format and marks distribution for the admission test. The test has 100 questions that you need to answer. There are four subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

  • 100 multiple choice questions of 1-hour duration

For AMC Cadets:

Height (Minimum):

  • Male: 1.63 m (5’-4’’)
  • Female: 1.55 m (5’-1’’)

Weight: As per the existing weight chart of Armed Forces Personnel. Minimum weight for applicants:

  • Male: 45.36 Kg (100 lbs)
  • Female: 40.00 Kg (88 lbs)

Chest (Minimum):

  • Male: Normal – 0.76m (30’’), Expanded – 0.81m (32’’)
  • Female: Normal – 0.71m (28’’), Expanded – 0.76m (30’’)

Visual Standard: Visual Standard 6/6 (± 2.5 corrected with glass). Colour blindness will not be accepted.

Hearing Standard: Hearing must be within the normal limit.

Note: Weight should be proportionate to height and age as standard in the Armed Forces.

For AFMC Cadets:

Height (Minimum):

  • Male: 1.57 m (5’-2’’)
  • Female: 1.50 m (4’-11’’)

Weight: 10% Over/under-weight of the existing standard height-weight chart of Armed Forces or 15 lbs, whichever is higher, will be considered fit.

Chest: Minimum 28’’ with 2’’ expansion.

Visual Standard: 6/6 in both eyes correctable with ± 4.00 (maximum) Spherical/equivalent Cylindrical power glasses will be considered fit. Total color blindness will not be accepted.

Hearing Standard: Hearing must be within the normal limit.

AFMC Admission Fees Pay and Financial Aspects

Paying the AFMC admission fees and managing the financial aspects is a simple process. To initiate the payment, follow the simple steps outlined below using your mobile phone's SMS system.

Payment Method:

  • Pay 1000 BDT application fee via Prepaid Teletalk SIM balance within 48 hours

Send First SMS:

  • Open your mobile phone's SMS system.
  • Type: AFMC <space> User ID
  • Send it to 16222.

Example: AFMC B7890000 and send it to 16222.

Receive PIN:

  • After sending the first SMS, wait for a minute.
  • Teletalk will send you a return SMS with a PIN number.
  • Reserve the PIN received.

Send Second SMS:

  • Now, make the second SMS.
  • Type: AFMC <space> YES <space> PIN
  • Send it to 16222.

Example: AFMC YES 7890000 and send it to 16222.

How to download the AFMC Admit Card?

To get your AFMC Admit Card follow the instructions:

  • Go to afmc.teletalk.com.
  • Log in with your user ID and password.
  • Download and print the admit card from the given option.

AFMC Admission Result

Check your AFMC Admission Test Result by following our instructions:

  • Visit afmc.teletalk.com.bd.
  • Select the Result Option.
  • Enter your Roll Number.
  • Press Submit to see your result.

Results will also come via SMS. Lists for AFMC and AMC cadets will be separate.
