Admission Requirements

If you can meet the following conditions, then you can apply for degree admission.

• SSC and equivalent exam in 2018/2019/2020 should have a minimum GPA of 2.0.
• HSC and equivalent exams in 2020/2021/2022 require a GPA of 2.0 with the fourth subject.
• O-level pass with at least four subjects graded B in 2018/2019/2020, and A-level pass in 2020/2021/2022 with two subjects, allows application, meeting specified conditions.
• Foreign students must be Bangladeshi citizens with equivalent marks in secondary and higher secondary levels from a recognized education board.
• Previous admission will be canceled if applying for this program.

How to Apply for Degree Admission 2025?

For the 2024-25 academic year, National University has proceeded the entire application process for undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs to an online system, allowing students to submit their nu admission online application completely . Step 1: Visit the Admission Website

• Go to nu.ac.bd/admissions
• Click on the "Degree Pass" tab
• Choose "Apply Now (Degree Pass)"

Enter Your Information:

• Fill in your secondary and higher secondary exam details (roll number, registration number, board, passing year)
• Provide your registered mobile number

Step 2: Choose Gender and Select Preferences:

• Choose your gender
• View the admission eligibility list
• Pick your preferred department and college based on your choices

Step 3: Upload Passport-size Photo:

• Upload a passport-size photo (120 x 150 pixels)
• Make sure it's your own photo

Submit Your Application:

• Click on "Submit Application" after filling in all details and uploading the photo

• Verify the information and print the application form

Step 4: Pay Application Fee:

• Deposit the application fee of 250 Taka through mobile banking to the respective college

How to Pay Degree Admission Fees?

Submit the admission fee of Tk. 485 for college students at any Sonali Bank branch, as specified in the National Universities notice. Access the Pay Slip by selecting the Admission Payment Information (Degree Reg) option through the login service.

Include the registration account number 0218100003245 for the "Registration Fee" sector in the National Pay Slip for the 2024-25 academic year. Send a copy to the nearest Sonali Bank branch and collect the receipt.
